This Privacy Policy explains how OmazDigital handles information when you browse this website, contact us or subscribe to updates, and the choices available to you.

Who this Privacy Policy covers

OmazDigital operates the website at omazdigital.com and provides website development, design and related digital services. This Privacy Policy applies to information handled through this website and our enquiries. A separate project agreement may explain additional processing needed to deliver a client service.

For privacy questions or requests, email [email protected]. Please identify the request as a privacy matter so it can be routed appropriately. This notice does not cover websites operated by clients or independent services you reach through an external link.

Information you choose to provide

Our contact form asks for your name, email address, subject and message. We receive the information you submit, including any business name, website address or project requirements you include. Newsletter signup collects your email address and your agreement to receive updates. Providing an enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing.

Contact and newsletter submissions may be stored in the website’s form-submission system and sent to our email inbox. Submission records can include the submission date, time and originating page. Follow-up correspondence becomes part of the conversation. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, identity documents or other sensitive information through public forms.

Technical information and service providers

When your browser requests a page, the hosting, content-delivery and security services involved can receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device details, requested URL, request time and error information. This information helps deliver pages, investigate problems, prevent abuse and maintain service reliability.

The site uses WordPress and Elementor for publishing and forms. Hosting, email delivery and newsletter functionality can involve Hostinger services; Cloudflare services are used for content delivery or security; some website assets are served through Cloudinary and Google Fonts. Your browser may contact these providers to load the relevant resource. Provider processing is also explained in their own notices.

Useful references include the Hostinger Privacy Policy, Cloudflare Privacy Policy, Cloudinary Privacy Policy and Google Privacy Policy. A provider receiving a technical request does not mean that every provider receives the contents of a contact message.

How we use information

We use enquiry information to respond to questions, understand project requirements, prepare proposals, provide agreed services and manage related correspondence. Technical information supports website delivery, security, troubleshooting and abuse prevention. We may retain relevant records to meet legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.

Newsletter information is used for the updates you agree to receive. You can withdraw that agreement without affecting your ability to browse the site or request a service. We do not treat a contact-form submission as permission for unrelated promotional messages.

Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, the applicable basis may be responding to steps you request before a contract, performing a contract, meeting legal obligations, legitimate interests in running a secure website and responding to enquiries, or your consent for optional activities. The basis depends on the activity and the law that applies to you.

Cookies and browser storage

Cookies are small files stored by a browser. Website software and infrastructure may use cookies or similar storage for login sessions, security, preferences or other functionality. Administrators can receive login cookies that an ordinary visitor does not receive. Some third-party services may set their own cookies when their features are used.

You can review and remove cookies through your browser settings and configure the browser to block them. Blocking essential cookies can affect features such as logging in or submitting a form. Browser controls are separate from withdrawing consent through an advertising consent message, where one is provided.

This Privacy Policy describes advertising below conditionally: it does not mean that Google AdSense approval has been granted or that advertising is currently running. Any future optional analytics or advertising configuration must be reflected in the notice and any consent mechanism that applies.

Google AdSense and advertising cookies

If Google AdSense advertising is enabled on this website, third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to this website or other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables Google and its partners to serve ads based on visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.

You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google My Ad Center. You can also visit AboutAds choices to learn about opting out of participating third-party vendors’ personalized advertising. These choices may depend on your browser, device or account and do not necessarily remove all advertising.

Google explains advertising-related processing in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. If other ad networks are enabled, their identities and relevant privacy information should be available in the advertising consent message and reflected in this policy.

Where required, permission for optional advertising storage or personalized advertising must be collected before that processing. Google requires a Google-certified consent management platform integrated with the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework for personalized ads served to users in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland. This written notice is not a substitute for that consent setup.

Sharing and international processing

Information may be handled by providers supporting website hosting, security, form storage, email delivery and communications, as necessary for the relevant function. We may also disclose information when legally required, to address fraud or security incidents, or to protect legal rights. A project may require other tools, which should be discussed as part of its scope.

Providers may operate infrastructure outside your country, where privacy laws can differ. Where applicable law requires transfer safeguards, the relevant arrangements must be used. Contact us if you need information about a provider or transfer involved in a particular enquiry; we will respond based on the processing actually involved.

Retention and security

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including responding to an enquiry, maintaining an ongoing client relationship or meeting legal and recordkeeping obligations. The period depends on the type of record, the relationship and any outstanding issue; we do not promise one fixed deletion period for every system or backup.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No website, email system or transmission method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe sensitive information was submitted accidentally, contact us promptly without resending the sensitive material.

Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to request access to personal information, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or an objection to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on it and complain to your local data-protection authority. Rights can have exceptions, including legally required retention.

Send a request to [email protected] and describe the information or activity concerned. We may need proportionate information to verify identity before disclosing or changing a record. Do not send identity documents unless a secure and necessary verification process has been agreed. We will consider requests within applicable legal time limits.

To stop newsletter messages, use the unsubscribe option in a message where available, or email us with “Unsubscribe” in the subject. To change advertising preferences, use the relevant consent controls or the opt-out links above. Browser cookie settings remain available independently.

Children, external links and policy updates

Our business services and website are intended for adults, not children under 13. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided information should contact us so the situation can be reviewed and appropriate action taken.

External websites manage their own information practices. Review their notices before sharing information. We may update this Privacy Policy when website features, providers or requirements change. The date above identifies the latest revision; where additional notice or renewed consent is required, an updated page alone is not sufficient.

For related information, read our Terms and Conditions and Disclaimer, or use the contact page to ask a question.
